Get Rid of Grey HairNothing is more aging than large Grey roots on colored hair and in order to avoid this you will have to make sure you book an appointment at your hair salon at least every six weeks.

Grey hair begins to appear due to a breakdown in protein synthesis, this is caused by a copper insufficiency so watch your copper intake but remember too much has its effects as well, stress is another major effect not only to premature Grey hair but it effects the whole body as well.

So if your hair is just beginning to change color, with the Grey making up less than 20%, it is advised to use a semi-permanent color that will begin to fade in about 6 to 12 washes, but if your hair is up to 50% Grey then opt for a semi-permanent color that will last for about 24 washes.

Only choose a permanent hair dye if the majority of your hair has turned Grey and always consider a shade slightly darker than your normal hair color as the color may fade with exposure to sun and hair shampooing.

There are also natural hair supplements and natural hair dyes to get rid of Grey hair, such as Henna and it is best to find what suits you and the type of chemicals you want to avoid.
